I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Addis Ababa University, specializing in software development and database management, fostering my expertise in constructing robust software solutions and managing intricate data structures.
Continuing my academic pursuit, I advanced my knowledge at Fanshawe College of Applied Arts and Technology in London, ON. Excelling notably in web design, I was honoured with a place on the Dean’s Honors List.
Further enriching my skill set, I sought to deepen my understanding of design and UX experience, leading me to pursue an advanced certification in UX design through the Google UX Design program. Eager to explore further into the world of design and UX experience, I subsequently enrolled in Fanshawe College’s UX Design program.
These encompassed the development of a mobile application dedicated to social good causes, as well as projects involving e-commerce for both desktop and web applications, B2B solutions, and website redesigning.
These projects allowed me to apply innovative design principles, ensuring seamless user experiences across various platforms. Crafting solutions for social good solidified my commitment to leveraging design for positive impacts, showcasing my dedication to meaningful and user-centric design
